When starting a new reef tank
nitrate and ammonium levels will rise strongly and then drop to a very low
level after two to three weeks. The optimum levels are when the system is
stabilized so that the nitrogen is undetectable.
Nitrogen is an essential element for all kinds of life and we have developed our own nitrogen product which is composed of an active substance of 1% KCl and 0,5% NH4+NO3- .

We use this product in our own
tanks and it last for more than one year. We recommend it to all aquarists. The
two ions, ammonium and nitrate, supply ¾ of coral nitrogen demand.
A very economic dose of our nitrogen product of nitrogen is required -
only one drop 100L Water; START every second day.

Nitrogen is suitable only for
tanks where Nitrogen cannot be detected. Our Nitrogen product doesn’t increase
Nitrate level in reef tanks and is very quickly absorbed by any coral.
